The rich color and vibrant aromas of this wine boldly emerge on the palate. Grown on our estate vineyard on the steep slopes of the north shore, it is a great representation of the local terrior. Aged for 20 months in Hungarian, American and French barrels, the subtle toasty oak characteristics blend well with the cedar and red cherry flavors. The cool climate in the Lake Chelan Valley is responsible for the crisp acidity that helps this wine pair so well with a variety of full flavored dishes. Try it with one of our great steaks and a baked potato with ‘the works'. 200 cases produced.
