06 Syrah The vibrant color and complex aromas of this wine stand out. Grown on our estate vineyard on the steep slopes of the north shore, it is a great representation of the local terroir. Aged for 20 months is Hungarian, American, and French barrels, the subtle toasty oak characteristics blend well with the cedar, black licorice, and plum flavors. The cool climate in the Lake Chelan Valley is responsible for the crisp acidity that helps this wine pair so well with a variety of full flavored dishes.. Try it with one of our great steaks and a baked potato with "the works".
