Firm acids and fine grained tannins give the wine depth and viscosity. Together these elements make for a very complex representation of a great Chelan Valley Syrah. Barrel aged in French & Hungarian oak barrels for 30 months. Cellar for two to five years. Open this bottle 20 to 30 minutes before you pour to let the wine breathe. Pair with strong flavorful foods.
