The color of this wine is particularly rich for a Pinot Noir. Firm acids and smooth tannins give this wine a soft,
velvety, sexy texture with a very round and robust mouth feel. Flavors of strawberry, spice, chocolate, toasted
oak and a touch of vanilla bean make it very complex. Aging consisted of 18 months in French and Hungarian
barrels. If this wine doesn’t make you feel pretty than put on your little black dress and try it again.
Serve with grilled salmon, lamb chops, or dishes with Italian tomato sauces or anything lightly seasoned.
Four to seven years of aging potential.
