100% Pinot Grigio from our Home Vineyard on the North Shore of Lake Chelan makes up this beautiful dry white wine. This wine is medium bodied with complex minerality and apple-citrus flavors. The brisk acidity balances well with the sweet aromas of citrus, apple, peach and banana. The gentle southern slopes on the north shore make this the ideal site for growing these grapes. It is a cooler site, especially in the fall when the grapes are ripening. This allows maximum flavor while retaining the acidity necessary to make the wine crisp and food friendly.
