Because of applicable laws related to the shipment of alcohol, any wine shipped will require a person at least age 21 to sign for the shipment on delivery. UPS will attempt delivery three times. If you refuse shipment or are not available to sign for your shipment, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the shipment (typically a $10 fee). At that point, if you would like your wine re-shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping again. We highly recommend shipping to a business address where someone age 21 or older will be able to sign for the shipment.

If your wine arrives damaged due to shipping, please call and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping company.

If your wine is not satisfactory, we may refund or replace the wine on a case by case basis. Wine that is stored improperly by the consumer is not grounds for replacement. We recommend keeping the wine out of the sun, away from heat sources and preferably stored at temperatures less than 60 degrees fahrenheit. Please DO NOT leave your wine in a vehicle. Even in cooler climates a vehicle can heat up in direct sunlight to temperatures hot enough to significantly damage the wine.
