The color of this wine is particularly rich for a Pinot Noir. Firm acids and smooth tannins give this wine a soft,
velvety, sexy texture with a very round and robust mouth feel. Flavors of strawberry, spice, chocolate, toasted oak and a touch of vanilla bean make it very complex. If this wine doesn’t make you feel pretty than put on your little black dress and try it again.
Serve with grilled salmon, lamb chops, or dishes with Italian tomato sauces or anything lightly seasoned.
Four to seven years of aging potential.

Barrel aged in French & Hungarian oak barrels for 30 months. Cellar for two to five years. Open this bottle 20 to 30 minutes before you pour to let the wine breathe.
